These “General Terms and Conditions” govern the relationship between “BOSFOR CH” LTD (hereinafter referred to as SmartMetalGroup.com) on the one hand and the users of electronic (internet) pages and services located on the domain SmartMetalGroup.com (hereinafter referred to as the site). These terms bind all users. By clicking on any object, link or button located on the pages of SmartMetalGroup.com (except for the link to the “Terms and Conditions”), the user agrees, fully accepts and undertakes to comply with these ” General terms”.

REGISTRATION
In order to obtain the right to make valid requests to purchase the goods offered on SmartMetalGroup.com, it is not necessary to first register. You can shop with the same security without registering.
In both cases, you must enter the address that will be used for delivery, your first and last name, e-mail, contact phone(s). You also need to choose a password. After you have successfully registered, for each individual order, you have the opportunity to correct your contact phone number and delivery address, as well as to designate your representative to accept the order. By ticking the “I agree with the General Terms and Conditions” field, the customer makes an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, declaring that he is familiar with the present General Terms and Conditions and accepts them.
PRIVACY OF DATA
The personal data that SmartMetalGroup.com receives during registration will be used solely for customer service – accepting and fulfilling orders, delivering information in the form of a newsletter and contacting users in case of problems related to the order. SmartMetalGroup.com guarantees that the data in question will not be provided in any form to third parties or used for purposes other than those described above. Users subscribed to our newsletter can unsubscribe at any time.
A particular user’s user account may be deleted from the SmartMetalGroup.com database, along with its associated data, at any time at the user’s request.
ORDER
Orders are accepted on the site 24 hours a day, incl. on weekends and public holidays. When finalizing your order, you have the opportunity to see the products you are buying and their prices, your names, e-mail, phone, address, delivery method and payment method. After finalizing the order, you will receive a confirmation with the same information on the phone you specified. For each stage of order processing (confirmation of availability, shipment, etc.) you will be notified by an operator by e-mail or phone. You can monitor the status of current and previous orders from your profile.
PRICE OF THE ORDER
The final price of the order is calculated as the sum of the prices of the ordered products. All prices include VAT and are not subject to change from the moment of ordering to the moment of payment. The cost of delivery is added to the price of the order.
PROBLEMS WITH ORDER FULFILLMENT
Fulfillment of your order may be prevented for any of the following reasons:
One or all of the ordered goods are out of stock; in this case we will contact you as soon as possible.
The user has provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
No phone number to contact the user.
If delivery problems occur due to our fault, all additional costs are at our expense. In all other cases, subsequent shipment will be at your expense.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Payment on delivery (cash on delivery): upon receipt of the goods, you pay the amount due to the courier.
REFUSAL OF ORDER
The user has the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of goods within 14 working days after receiving his order. For this purpose, the goods must be in their original packaging, without signs of use and without impaired commercial appearance, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 50 of the PPE.
The user should state his wish to cancel the purchase:
– by phone, requesting a code number for their claim.
The user should return the purchased goods to the address of the city of Sofia, Ring Road No. 67, between Dragalevtsi and Boyana, opposite the Botanical Garden, within 14 days, after stating his wish to cancel his order and pay all delivery costs .
